TAKATSU series knives are made from Japanese 420J2 low carbon steel. It has been developed for products operating in high humidity conditions.
This steel is strong and wear resistant, hardened to 53 +/-2 HRC.
The blades are easy to sharpen and stay sharp for a long time.
Thanks to special holes and Sand Blasted coating, products do not stick to the blade when cutting.
Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.
The ergonomic polypropylene handle is firmly fixed with three bolts. It has increased comfort and does not slip out of the hands during operation.
To prolong the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
Safe for health and the environment.
Dirt-resistant, easy to clean. This product is not dishwasher safe.
