It was developed for the goods used in high humidity conditions. Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale. Full-tang construction helps to achieve additional strength of the knives. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. The hand-hammered finishing makes the knife a special and functional craft. This surface eliminates friction and prevents food sticking on the blade. Ergonomic polypropylene handle is fixed by 3 rivets properly. The handle withstands sliding and provides safe use thanks to matt finishing.
